"Game is great"

I've put about 30 hours into playing this a lot of it is grinding and item hunting but I'm trying to make the best weapons and gear I can. I did what one person suggested and went with falchions I had a level 15 axe wielder and they do suck compared to falchions. I hardly use the hurricane or finalty of falchion. My main strategy is to berserk, attack pot, def pot and speed up and just go rape bosses it's also a good way to level up quick and farm items.

There are several spots that you can farm and most of them are at boss areas where there are a lot of monsters. I can't tell you where I grinded at and at what levels I did it but mainly I tried to kill monsters that were my level or a couple higher and with the attack and def pots you can manage. A good spot is the Abandoned Mine when you're a higher level about 31 or so and kill the level 33's. you can also kill everything there and before you use a town scroll out and stock up and just go back in this is really helpful for grinding.

Now here are some of the bad things that have ticked me off about this game... I had the Assassin +2 and that thing was a beast, I chanced my luck with it and got level 4 poison successfully and then I had one more compose left on it and decided to go with level 4 attack % bonus and failed and lost the most beast weapon I ever had. I really think that the 50% chance to succeed or fail kills it for composing. Or make it where later in the game there is a shop dedicated to selling stones, and blessing stones or even make it where you can make a stone of blessing from 3 or 4 high level stones of earth/wind/fire/water.

I have put all my char points into luck and I find them hardly ever or I get real lucky and get 2 stones of blessing from consecutive chests. Also I don't think potions of luck have any bearing on getting good items from chests cause I've used them several times during farming and got jack. To the people wanting to max out your skills, you can do so it will just take you some time. I've found about 5 or 6 skill tomes during my farming and they have helped out alot. I think I have level 18 in prof of falchion, 10 in all attribute, 9 in the specialty of falchion, 1 in the finalty of falchion, 3 speedup, 2 berserk 1 overload so that's 44 skill points all in all. I think you get some from quests too.

But yeah I understand game developers need to make money and I guess I could quit griping about stones and just buy them but the game is good without having to buy them and you shouldn't try making the game as hard as possible to find what you need just so we'll buy stones from mochicoins, when there's a 50% chance they'll be wasted. I don't know MAYBE I would buy stones from mochicoins if I got a 100% chance of getting level 4 attribute or +4 or +5 weaponry/armor. That would be a good incentive for me to buy stuff from you. OR make something that increases your success rate with composing that would be exclusive on the premium shop. Those are all great ideas that maybe you should take into consideration.

This game is great like I said and if you make another one like it I might be hell bent on paying for it on Xbox or something like that. You just need to tweek it a little more.

Kept me busy for about 4 hours so I can't complain. It was a little disappointing that after you reach a certain level you didn't unlock anything else. I guess though in a way it makes things a little more challenging for score submitting and what not. One thing that kind of bugged me was I ran out of food in the beginning of the game and had to wait a day for wood to finish and then 2 more days to make food to resume production.

Maybe a cancel production button where you'd get the resources that they've already produced and then you could change production. Also a 3rd resource party would have been cool where you could level things up a little faster.

All in all it was a pretty good game, a bit repetitive but cool. I liked how I could rearrange my city to accomadate new buildings without selling them for a penalty. I just kept all my homes on the left side like 4x8 and stairs from top to bottom beside them and then factories and whatnot connected to them so nobody was deprived of access.

The game is good and for the people having trouble the help menu tells you how to do almost everything. If you start getting down to 10 bpm then click the drill and then the pixie dust and then click on the patient and hold it while keeping the cursor in the red space til it says Great or something.

Learn the shortcut keys to be faster at it

There is one part I'm stuck at however that isn't in the help. The scorpions, I can't kill them, pick them up, zap them, burn them, cut them, drill them I have no idea what to do at this part =\

The games good and people really should stop reviewing something without playing it for more than 5 minutes, unless that's how long the game/movie actually is.

But yeah if anyone knows what to do with the scorpions message me or post it here. :-??

"Good"

This isn't the BEST GAME I'VE EVER PLAYED but, it kept me entertained for a few hours I beat all the quests I can I think. Got the little bubble looking dude and now I can't get past riots, icy berg, or rain clouds and the portal in the amusement park. Not sure if that was leaving it open to maybe expanding it or idk what but was just curious.

A lot of people are giving this game crap but at first I didn't like it either cause I kept dying, but the game is somewhat strategy based. I found that you want to focus on the enemies lowest HP bar by using the respective attack. This minimizes damage done to you if you go for the weakest ones first and makes the game a lot easier.

The graphics aren't great but oh well not everyone on newgrounds is Picaso so give the guy a break.

It's a goofy little game and I liked it.

"Good game but room for improvement."

I love a good defence game don't know what it is about them i'm just drawn to them. I've played this one for about a day or so and I'm on level 25 Normal Difficulty Campain Mode 1.

The sea battles are the biggest pain in the neck I've ever come across. Ok here's my beef with this game. I can train 2 units at a time (Navy, Air Force) but the enemy sends out 2 Gun helicopters a Helicopter, a bomber, Destroyer, 2 Medium Ships. And before my 1 Destroyer, and 1 Bomber Jet can even take off/leave port they're blown up! The enemy in this game sometimes has way too much of an advantage.

Some ideas for a sequel or a patch.
Make it where the player is able to rush units for cash or even a reasonable amount of experience. But no more than 3 per round or something like that.

For the Air Force you have a lot of play room! There are so many Airplanes and Helicopters around the world. Some do pretty neat things. I can't remember most of the ones I learned about but there was a plane that would disrupt electronic devices. Or you ever heard of a "Gun Ship"? Surely most people have seen The Incredible Hulk, get one of those bad boys in the game :).

Also a problem I kept running into was, I kept getting an error message talking about a script in the game was being slow and if I chose to ignore it my computer may become unresponsive. Didn't pay much attention to it.

But yeah man you have room for lots of potential in these games, and yeah most defence games are the same but I still like em =)

"Pure Genius"

This series is one of the best I've ever seen. And you did it without any dialogue or anything. Just music and animation. This last one made me cry I'm not even going to lie rofl. That's how moving this series was and you couldn't have ended it better.
As for the other people who beg you to make more, I'm sorry but just be happy with what we've got cause nothing can top this. SamBakZa has set the bar and it is very high. Heh Heh

If he ever does decide to make a sequel I'll be looking forward to it none the less. Maybe they have kids that go through the challenges they had to go through.

Or you could do the wedding and have people crashing it. There is room for more sequels but like I said I'm happy with this. You're a freaking genius SamBakZa!

A lot of the people before me have suggested what I've been screaming.

For instance, I had a level 7 gun and the monsters kept getting tougher. Some of them should only take one shot to kill with a level 7 gun. On... level 20 I shotgun blasted a small bug and it did not die! Past level 20 the game became near impossible. I was on the ramp going into the ship while 30 centipede things paraded past me and my level 6 auto vulcan.

Some things that could be better.
Weapon upgrades: Make it where you can tell you upgraded your weapons, bigger beam, different weapons (room for a lot of potential there) bigger grenade blasts? Faster auto vulcan?

Creature variety: There are more than 10 insects in this world use this to your advantage! Maybe every 5 levels a boss insect comes along? And i'm not talking about those fat things that squeal when you kill them and 8 gnats come out of it.

Faster character: My strategy for this game was wait at the front line and stay there and if I got pushed back I'd have more time to make up for it. Well when I got pushed all the way back on level 20 I found it hard to get back before the next monster wave came.

Don't make it eternal! To be honest the reason I kept playing was I was waiting for whatever that monster was howling between waves to come and fight >XD

That's about all I have for right now. Take some of this into consideration for your next games.

"Room for improvement."

I have played this one and your previous "Last Stand" and I was a little bit more impressed with the 1st one than this one.

For one it's way too dark or maybe my computer screen is a piece of crap, but half of the zombies I couldn't even see, the dogs, swat members, army guys etc.

Secondly, I kind of wish there was a way to cut SFX off, I know it makes the game more realistic and whatnot but others such as myself like to listen to music and not so much gunfire.

Thirdly I can't remember but I believe in the first one couldn't you switch between weapons DURING reloading? I found this to be a bit of a pain running out of bullets while a hoard of "fat people" are pummeling my barracades.

Fourthly not too much zombie variation, from what I can tell it's all the same zombies from the first one. Maybe even a few of them missing

Fifthly, going back to variation the "fat zombies" that took like a whole magazine to kill and coming in packs of 10 was fairly annoying.

Sixthly... it's probably my computer being a piece of crap again but it was very laggy.... even on low quality.

Lastly how on earth does an apartment take 5 hours to search and resulting in no found supplies, weapons, survivors or anything. For a 5 hour apartment you would be searching what 10 apartments for survivors or an entire complex? -_-

Overall I enjoyed it, but not as much as the first one maybe I missed out on my favorite .50 caliber sniper rifle =( That was my favorite weapon in the first one heh heh.

Hopefully you can take some of this constructive criticism and use them as ideas for your 3rd Last Stand?

"Great game"

Music got a little old after a little while, but it was a long game after all so I won't count off for that, some of the shapes were a little hard to draw, but I still came out ranked numero 8 =P heh.

Good graphics, it puts a new spin on tower defence games if that's what you were going for

Got a little laggy when I started to get one too many enemies on the field

That's about all I can think of. I really do think this will get a daily award... not saying daily first but 1-5. At least i'm hoping because I did enjoy this game. 5/5 10/10

"Wtf"

How do you beat this game?? I can't make it past the second set of guards, or the guard pacing back and forth up top... maybe i misread instructions or something. Either way graphics are good reminds me of that game on SNES can't recall the name but you're like on some planet or something idk.
